What will happen when I delete a folder?
When you delete a folder, only the folder will be deleted, your document activities will still be available in the activity archive of SuperOffice.
When I add a folder manually, will this be visible on all projects?
No, it will only be visible on the project you are currently working on. If you want this added folder in the future in other projects, add the folder to the predefined template.

Some documents are placed in the root of the folder structure, why?
If documents or activities are placed in the root, it means that the document or activity type has not been configured to move into a folder. 

This can be done in the Activity Folders portal where you set up the predefined templates.
